LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 12, 2012, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 319 Post Road East, Appl. #12-015 by David Santisi for property owned by Westport Country Playhouse, Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a change of use from office to a veterinary hospital, parking waiver and joint parking, in a BPD zone, PID #D09143000.
2. APPROVED: 561 Post Road East, Appl. #12-090 by Terrain, c/o Ken Nemeth for property owned by CJ Curran LLC and WHK Inc. for a Site Plan approval for site modifications to add a gazebo and two greenhouses in a RBD zone, PID #E09067000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
