LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 13, 2012, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 240 Post Road East, Appl. #11-070 by Webster Bank NA for property owned by Colonial Green LLC, for a Site Plan approval to replace existing bank canopy with smaller canopy in a GBD and RBD zone, PID #D09131000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
