LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of November 11, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 5 Rebel Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-12038-24 by Max Bender for first and second floor additions and a new front stoop.
2. 1 Michele Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12039-24 by Tomas Botero on behalf of Lance & Kathryn D’Amico to remove a pergola over the patio and replace it with a roof.
3. 2 Timber Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-12040-24 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Anna & Ryan Bannister for a generator and propane tanks. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
