AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMITTEE

NOTICE AND AGENDA

NOVEMBER 4, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Affordable Housing Committee will hold a special meeting on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 3:00 PM in Westport Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to elect a chairperson of the Affordable Housing Committee and to discuss the scheduling and location of future meetings.
2. To discuss the provisions of the Westport Affordable Housing Trust Fund Ordinance.
3. To hear a presentation by the Assistant Town Attorney regarding the applicable provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, conduct of public meetings, and conflicts of interest.
4. To hear a presentation by the Director of Planning & Zoning regarding the Town’s Affordability Plan and related zoning regulations and to discuss.
