LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of October 7 and October 14, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 80 Maple Avenue South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-12014-24 by Joseph Scordato to install a deer fence. 
2. 4 Primrose Lane:  Application #AA-12015-24 by RI Pools Inc on behalf of Siho Ham & Melody Jones to install a pool, patio, retaining wall, mechanicals, and drainage.
3. 44 Compo Road North:  Application #AA,WPL/E-12017-24 by Janine DelBello for a driveway change. 
4. 41 Valley Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-12018-24 by Jonathan & Patricia Whitbourne to install a shed. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
