LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 23, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 259 Riverside Avenue:Application #WPL/E-12005-24 by Peter Romano of LandTech on behalf of CEG Riverside for Building #3 for renovation of an existing commercial office building (Phase I).
2. 2 Charcoal Hill Commons:Application #AA,WPL/E-12007-24 by Pools by DaSilva on behalf of Red Coat Homes for a pool and mechanicals.
3. 15 Hockanum Road:Application #Dan Kahn on behalf of Mindy & Edwin Tan for an outdoor kitchen, patio, driveway expansion, and retaining walls.
4. 158 Compo Road North:Application #AA,WPL/E-12009-25 by David Vynerib on behalf of 158 Compo Rd LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patio, septic, drainage, and associated site improvements. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
