LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 9, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 20 Blue Ribbon Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-11992-24 by Chris Montenaro to construct a new single family residence, patio, driveway, garages, septic and associated site improvements.
2. 2 North Pasture Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11996-24 by John Gillotti on behalf of Robert & Brianne Herman for the construction of an addition.
3. 19 Twin Circle Drive:Application #AA,WPL/E-12000-24 by Julie Haroun on behalf of Bruce & Amelia Beatty for the construction of a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patios, drainage and associated site improvements. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
