LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the weeks of August 19, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 3 Charbeth Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11944-24 by Rob Sanders on behalf of Eric Adolfson for a 2-story addition and new deck.
2. 9 Lees Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11979-24 by Jordan & Michael Oliver for a deck.
3. 17 Sturges Commons:Application #AA,WPL/E-11983-24 by Marian Szobnya on behalf of The Herold Homes – 17 SC LLC for a new single family residence, deck, patio, pergola and outdoor shower.
4. 26 Hitchcock Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11993-24 by Carlos Alvarez for a new front porch, rear deck, remove bay window, and septic tank.
5. 11 Harbor Road:Application #WPL/E-11994-25 by Gault Energy on behalf of Frederick Modell for a new oil tank on a slab. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
