NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP 
CONSERVATION COMMISSION 

The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. for orientation purposes only to the following properties in preparation for reviewing the following agenda items at its September 11, 2024 Public Hearing:     
                        
1. 10 Beltas Farm Lane:  Application #IWW,WPL/E-11987-24 by Fairfield County Contractors LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, pool, septic system, drainage, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks. 

2. 12 Beltas Farm Lane:  Application #IWW,WPL/E-11987-24 by Fairfield County Contractors LLC on behalf of Belta’s Farm Legacy LLC to construct a new single family residence, driveway, pool, septic system, drainage, and associated site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area setbacks. 

3. 11 Edgemarth Hill Road:  Application #IWW-11973-24 by Andy Soumelidis of LandTech on behalf of Venti LLC for a proposed two lot subdivision. 

4. 5 Quentin Road:  Application #WPL-11978-24 by Andra Vebell & Larry Hoy for proposed pool and patio. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River. 


Members will meet at the sites in their own vehicles. The sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended.
