 This meeting is being held for the following purposes:

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the June 12, 2023

          Police Pension Board.

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Corporal Kevin Smith retro-active to August 1, 2024, with a Single Life Annuity Benefit.

    

3. To take such action as the meeting may determinate to approve the Qualified Domestic Relations Order payable to Gina Smith as Alternate Payee of Kevin Smith in the amount of 38.91% retro-active to August 1, 2024.
