LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 29, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 9 Canal Street:Application #WPL/E-11958-24 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Scott Elliott for an a/c unit.
2. 21 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11970-24 by George Guidera on behalf of Sam Gault for a heat pump.
3. 156 Cross Highway:Application #AA,WPL/E-11972-24 by Cindy Tyminski on behalf of Tom Geremek for a new single family residence, a/c unit, drainage, generator, grading and a second story addition over the existing garage. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
