LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 22, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

  1. 64 Bulkley Avenue North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11950-24 by Chad Albert for a fence.
  2. 26 Woods Grove Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11952-24 by Cyndi Tymimski on behalf of Frank & Olivia Eucalitto for a new single family residence, garage, patio, pergola and shed.
  3. 11 Tierney Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11965-24 by Patrick Piekarski on behalf of AMP Investments LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, pool, patio, well, drainage, grading and associated site improvements.
  4. 15 Hockanum Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11967-24 by Mariana Demoura on behalf of Edwin & Mindy Tan for a pool with interior spa, patio, mechanicals, fence and plantings.
  5. 132 North Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11968-24 by Jennifer Bagnato for a fence.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
