LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 15, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 14 Punch Bowl Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-11896-24 by Sergio Saaverda on behalf of Harris Weinstein to construct a garage with a second floor.
2. 24 Berndale Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-11911-24 by Adam Konowitz to construct a new larger front porch.
3. 8 Dogwood Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11915-24 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Ari Halper to install a generator.
4. 384 Greens Farms Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11960-24 by Sonny Anand to construct a new single family residence, driveway, garage, septic system and patio.
5. 25 Compo Beach Road: Application #WPL/E-11962-24 by Gregg Luddy on behalf Stephen Solomon to install a generator.
6. 3 Lakeview Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11963-24 by Stephan Tremblay for a fence.
7. 156 Cross Highway: Application #AA,WPL/E-11966-24 by Tomasz Geremek to install a new septic system.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
