LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 5, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 69 Hillspoint Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11841-24 by Nick Vitello on behalf of Mo Fahimi for installation of a vinyl pool, hot tub and mechanicals.
2. 11 Marilane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11956-24 by CT Permit Services on behalf of 11 Marilane LLC for installation of an underground propane tank.
3. 18 West Parish Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11957-24 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Christopher Messer for installation of an ac unit.
4. 10 Side Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11959-24 by Dana Crockett for a fence.
5. 1 Twin Oaks Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-11961-24 by Yanusz Chomik for a pool.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
