LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 17 and June 24, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 41 Jennie Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11908-24 by Kathleen Poirier on behalf of Todd Morrision & Lisa Mileto for a pavilion on a new patio. 
2. 10 Ambler Road West:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11931-24 by Kaitlyn Lynch for a fence. 
3. 139 Kings Highway North & 180 Wilton Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11946-24 by Kousidis Engineering on behalf of Braidmax LLC & Roger Leifer, Trustee to install a new pipe to manage stormwater from road. 
4. 4 Guilder Lane:  Application #WPL/E-11949-24 Joseph LaValle on behalf of Theodore & Rebekah Balagtos for a two-story addition. 
5. 53 Hermit Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11951-24 by William Shaffer on behalf of Diana Shayon to construct a single story addition over the existing deck. 
6. 1 Twin Oaks Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11953-24 by John Chomik for a new single family residence. 
7. 3 Manor Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11955-24 by Megan Zwick for additions and to legalize the shed. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
