LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 13 and May 20, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 8 Pioneer Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11925-24 by Curt Lowenstein on behalf of Uma Ergan & Juan Leon for a septic system, expand a patio, to expand the driveway, retaining walls, and regrading.
2. 44 Compo Road North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11927-24 by John Williams on behalf of Richard DelBello for propane tanks, condensing units and a patio.
3. 3 Windrush Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11932-24 by Poolscape Pool & Spa on behalf of Andrew Baily for a hot tub.
4. 5 Bowling Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11933-24 by Ryan & Ashley Brigham for an inground pool and mechanicals.
5. 22 Burr School Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11934-24 by Mateus Schroeder for an outdoor grill/kitchen.
6. 304 Bayberry Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11936-24 by Mike Procyi on behalf of Tobias Moskowitz for second story additions, deck, patio and hot tub. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
