1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the December 15, 2023, Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of Stephen Smith, Building Official, retroactive to May 1, 2024, with a 50% Joint & Survivor Annuity benefit.
