Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 6, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 45 Clapboard Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11919-24 by Dan Marini on behalf of Hy & Marissa Saporta for an addition.
2. 11 Edgemarth Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11924-24 Andy Soumelidis on behalf of Vent LLC for a new single family residence, pool, driveway, patio, retaining wall, drainage and mechanicals.
3. 23 & 26 Hitchcock Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11930-24 by The Town of Westport Engineering Department on behalf of John & Kim Mullen and Ralph Kruger Estate to remove debris from stream, create a pilot channel and re-establish the plunge pool at the drainage outfall/headwall.
