LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 15, 2024 and April 22, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 18 Fresenius Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11905-24 by Bruno Iacono on behalf of Paul Richter to install an inground swimming pool. 
2. 2 Charcoal Hill Common:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11910-24 by Christopher Montanaro on behalf of Linda Farris to construct a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patio, porch, drainage and associated site improvements. 
3. 13 Birchwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11913-24 by Andrew Piekarski Trust to construct a new single family residence, porch deck, drainage and associated site improvements. 
4. 35 Beachside Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-11916-24 by Timothy Hollister on behalf of Greens Farms Academy Inc. to construct an addition to the existing Sports Facility, modification of existing septic system, removal of Maintenance Building, additional parking and associated drainage and grading. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
