Notice of Meeting- SECOND REVISION 

The RTM Library, Museum and Arts Committee will meet on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 5PM at Brooks Place in the Westport Library, 20 Jesup Road, Westport, Connecticut. 

The Agenda is as follows: 

1. The LMA committee will enter into executive session to interview candidates for the open positions on the Library Board of Trustees and will remain in executive session to discuss RTM nominated and renewing nominees for the Library Board of Trustees. 

2. The LMA committee will exit executive session to vote to recommend to the RTM one new Library Board of Trustee nominee and to renew two Library Board of Trustees.
