Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 18 and March 25, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 3 Windrush Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11848-23 by Torrison Stone & Garden on behalf of Andrew and Amand Daily to install patios, plantings, an outdoor kitchen and a hot tub.
2. 70 Clinton Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11889-24 by Jose Paiva on behalfof 70 Clinton Ave LLC for a pool.
3. 18 Treadwell Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11892-24 by Mark Maidique on behalf of Janelle & Ian Carow for new single family residence, interior renovations, remove garage and portion of driveway.
4. 44 Compo Road North:Application #AA,WPL/E-11901-24 by Janine DelBello for an addition.
5. 20 Jesup Road (Westport Library):Application #WPL/E-11902-24 by Moon Gardens LLC on behalf of the Westport Library to plant native pollinator shrubs and perennials.
6. 10 Bolton Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11903-24 by Amandio DiSilva on behalf of 10 Bolton Ln LLC to install a new inground pool, hot tub, patio, mechanicals and drainage.
7. 1 Plunkett Place:Application #AA,WPL/E-11904-24 by Rich Slade on behalf of Sarah Hanna & Noah Wollowick for a two story addition over new foundation.
8. 1A Plunkett Place:Application #AA,WPL/E-11906-24 by Aleksandra Moch on behalf of ELR Morgan LLC to install a pool, patio, drainage and mechanicals.
9. 2 Timber Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11907-24 by Rayzor’s Edge on behalf of Anna Bannister for tree removal.
10. 96 North Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11909-24 by Amandio DaSilva on behalf of SIR Development LLC to install a pool, patio, mechanicals and drainage. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
