Conservation Department Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 4, 2024 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 25 Sturges Commons: Application #AA,WPL/E-11860-23 by Nick Vitiello on behalf of Matthew Landry for a pool, patio, retaining walls, hot tub, and mechanicals.
2. 61 High Point Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11880-23 by 61 High Pt Rd LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, garage, patio, septic system and drainage.
3. 8 Loretta Court: Application #AA,WPL/E-11893-24 by Renato Gasparian for a new single family residence, patio, driveway, garage, retaining walls, drainage, and grading.
4. 1 Wynfromere Lane: Application #AA-11894-24 by Robert & Valerie Newman for additions.
5. 6 Apache Trail: Application #AA,WPL/E-11895-24 CT Permit Services on behalf of Robert Peterson to remove an underground oil tank and install a new tank under the deck.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
