Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 3:00 PM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut.

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s and Water Pollution Control Authority’s meetings of February 14, 2024.

    

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented.

    

   WITHDRAWN

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request for a waiver of Sec. 50-340a(1) of Town Code, Article II. DRIVEWAYS as it relates to the proposed re-subdivision of 50 Sylvan Road North.

    

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, in accordance with the Policy for Gifts to the Town, to approve acceptance of 3 (three) monetary donations, each between $5,001 and 20,000, for deposit to the Police Department’s K-9 account.

    

5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an Amendment to the 2020 Consulting Agreement between the Town of Westport and Liberation Programs to add additional counseling hours for the Part-Time Support Specialist. 

    

6. Acting as the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA), to approve the supplemental sanitary sewer connection at #32 Bridge Street, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of February 14, 2024.

7. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Deputy Town Engineer, to award a contract for Bid 23-075T (Hillspoint Road Sidewalk Improvements, Town Project 2017-10) to G. Pic Construction in the amount of 325,112.00, subject to Town Attorney Review.

    

8. It is anticipated that the Board of Selectwomen will enter Executive Session to discuss Settlement Negotiations regarding Commissioner of Transportation v. Town of Westport.
