Notice is hereby further given that the Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, will hold special public hearings on Thursday, April 12, 2012 and Thursday, April 26. 2012 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium for the following purpose(s):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a sanitary sewer extension to property known as Mahackeno Outdoor Center of the Westport/Weston Family Y, Sunny Lane, contingent upon compliance with correspondence from the WPCA Coordinator dated Feb. 14, 2012, from the Conservation Director dated Feb. 7, 2012, and from the Westport/Weston Health District’s Director of Health dated Jan. 27, 2012.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve an amendment to the Water Pollution Control Plan Sewer Avoidance Policy dated November 9, 2005 as relates to the sanitary sewer extension to property known as Mahackeno Outdoor Center of the Westport/Weston Family Y, Sunny Lane.
