Board of Selectmen Special Public Hearing - Feb. 27, 2012
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, will hold a special public hearing on Monday, February 27, 2012, at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a sanitary sewer extension to property known as Mahackeno Outdoor Center of the Westport/Weston Family Y, Sunny Lane, contingent upon compliance with correspondence from the WPCA Coordinated dated Feb. 14, 2012, from the Conservation Director dated Feb. 7, 2012, and from the Westport/Weston Health District’s Director of Health dated Jan. 27, 2012.
