LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 8, 2024, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following actions:
- APPROVED: Parker Harding Plaza & 20 Jesup Road Municipal Parking Lots: Coastal Site Plan Appl. #PZ-24-00133, by Peter Ratkiewich, Director of Public Works, on behalf of the First Selectwoman, to expand the parking adjacent to Jesup Green and to transform the Parker Harding parking lot layout, resulting in a net parking increase, and to add Public Waterfront Access to the Saugatuck River on Town-owned property in the Business Center District/Village District Overlay Zone/Westport Center, PID #’s C10086000 & C0913000
