NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 04, 2024, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following actions: 

                                              

  1. POSITIVE REPORT issued for #PZ-24-00088, Request for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission, submitted pursuant to CGS-§8-24, Municipal Improvement by Eileen Flug, Town Attorney, on behalf of the First Selectwoman, to amend the lease of Town owned property at 655 Post Road East in the Restricted Business District, PID #E09071000, to allow the property to be temporarily used for providing shelter and support services for up to six (6) persons, to temporarily house clients of the Gillespie Center during its renovation.
  2. POSITIVE REPORT issued for Appl. #PZ-24-00073, Request for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission, submitted pursuant to CGS §8-24, Municipal Improvement by Keith Wilberg, Town Engineer, on behalf of the First Selectwoman, to demolish and remove the existing two lane bridge that has fallen into disrepair, and to construct a new bridge in the approximate place and kind on Town-owned property in the Residence AA District.
