LEGAL NOTICE OF AGENDA
WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
JULY 10, 2024
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 309 of Westport Town Hall.
The Commission will take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. New Business:
a. Harbor Road: Referral to the Shellfish Commission to review and comment on proposed modifications to the berm, outfall and swale located at the eastern terminus of Harbor Road.
2. Approval of the May 1, 2024 minutes.
3. Treasurers Report
4. Police Report
5. Recreational Shellfish Report
6. Old Business
a. Update on Farmers Market participation – B. Lytton to provide detail
b. Continue discussion about free permits for indigenous individuals
7. Other Business:
a. Website update
8. Next Steps
