Notice is hereby given that the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 7:30 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the April 23, 2024, meeting.

    

2. 260 Compo Road South

   To review and comment on the proposed renovations to the inn, restaurant, and event space at 260 Compo Road South (Parcel ID# C04/001/000) submitted by Peter Romano, LANDTECH, for property owned by Town of Westport which is located in Zone AAA_AA. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

3. To adjourn the meeting.
