Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 4, September 11 and September 18, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 5 Brookside Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-11786-23 by Mattera Construction Company for a new single family residence, driveway and associated site improvements.
2. 18 Twin Circle Drive: Application #AA,WPL/E-11794-23 Bhardwaj Ashutosh for a deer fence.

5. 70 Clinton Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-11803-23 by 70 Clinton Ave LLC for a new single family residence, driveway, patio and drainage.
6. 148 Old Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-11806-23 by SIR-148 Old Road LLC for a new single family residence, patio, driveway and drainage.
7. 6 Lost Lodge: Application #AA,WPL/E-11809-23 by Cathy Walsh on behalf of Steven Choi to legalize a patio and bridge work.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
