Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 10:30 AM in Westport Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:
AGENDA
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Long Lots School Building Committee, to waive the low bids and approve the Award of Contract RFQ# 23-073T (Architectural Services for Phase I Feasibility Study – Long Lots Elementary School) to Svigals+Partners of New Haven CT in the amount of $99,300.00.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Long Lots School Building Committee, to waive the low bid and approve the Award of Contract RFQ# 23-074T (Construction Management Services for Phase I Feasibility Study – Long Lots Elementary School) to Newfield Construction of Hartford CT in the amount of $29,500.00.
