April 20, 2023
Notice is hereby given that the Long Lots School Building Committee (LLSBC) will hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 6:00 PM in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purpose(s):
1. Update on the Construction Manager and Architect contract awards for the Feasibility Phase of the Long Lots Project, budget update and introduction of the Construction Manager and Architect.
2. It is expected that the Committee will go into executive session to discuss the drafting of the contract agreements for CM and Architectural services.
