LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 27, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 59 Kings Highway South:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11660-22 by Victor Cordero for a pool. 
2. 107 Old Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11661-22 by Andy Soumelidis on behalf of George Tsionis for a shed, playhouse, installation of a sewer line, driveway expansion, patio, propane tank, fence, patio roof, and pool renovation. 
3. 38 Bayberry Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11698-23 by CT Permit Services on behalf of Linda Farris to convert furnace to LP and install two 120 gallon propane tanks. 
4. 70 North Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11699-23 by Creative Landscape Design LLC on behalf of the Town of Westport for an outdoor fitness area and installation of drainage. 
5. Riverside Avenue:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11702-23 by Town of Westport WPCA for replacement of 60-year old force main in the Riverside Avenue right of way including crossing of Stony Brook near confluence with Saugatuck River. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
