LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 13, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 10 Greenwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11682-23 by Mattera Construction to construct a new single family residence, driveway and drainage.
2. 4 Fox Run Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11685-23 by Hannah Kowalski on behalf of Kathleen Brady for a geothermal well system.
3. 10 Greenwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11687-23 by Mattera Construction for a pool, hot tub and patio.
4. 5 Porters Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11693-23 by Corey Jackson on behalf of Stephen Graham for a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
