LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of February 6, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 12A Wilton Road:  Application #WPL/E-11670-23 by American International Realty LLC on behalf of WNH 12-20 W LLC for the installation of a generator, an enclosure, raingarden, reconfiguration of a commercial parking lot, and associated site improvements. 
2. 17 Sherwood Farm Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11674-23 by Hannah Kowalski on behalf of Andrew Zimmerman for geothermal wells. 
3. 9 Partrick Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11675-23 by Hannah Kowalski on behalf of David Surtees for geothermal wells. 
4. 9 James Lane:  Application #AA-11680-23 by Manouchehr Taraz for an inground pool and pool equipment. 
5. 4 Stone Drive:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11684-23 by Hannah Kowalski on behalf of Ethan Olmstead for a geothermal well.
6. 192 Cross Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11686-23 by Peter Steese on behalf of Brett & Jessica Parker for a deck extension and interior renovations. 
7. 4 Ambler Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11689-23 by Connecticut Permit Services on behalf of Melissa Chang for a LP tank and gas line. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
