LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions at an electronic meeting held on May 3, 2023:

1. PUBLIC HEARING

1. 11 Murvon Court / WPL-11720-23; APPROVED. Application of Moon Gardens LLC, on behalf of the owners, Eymard and Madhurya Chitty, to construct a new single-family dwelling and garage, patio, mechanical deck, driveway, and drainage system.The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.

Decisions, applications, and plans may be inquired into by contacting the Public Works Office at (203) 341-1120, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
