LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of January 23, 2023 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance. 

1. 87 Cross Highway:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11625-22 by Kimberly Greenberg to construct an addition and interior renovations. 
2. 7 Marc Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11672-23 by Andy Payne on behalf of Paul & Elizabeth Leiba for a deck and patio. 
3. 178A Hillspoint Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11673-23 by Kevin Preusse on behalf of Brad Miller for a generator. 
4. 1 Yankee Hill Road:  Application #WPL/E-11678-23 by Virginia Bloomquist on behalf of John Pollack to remove a patio, add a fire pit and propane tank. 
5. 61 Center Street:  Application #AA,WPL/E-11679-23 by Michael Santoranni on behalf of Bruce Miller for a generator. 

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
