Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 23, 2012, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 80 Compo Road North, Appl. #11-069 by Charles Durkin for property owned by Charles Durkin for a Site Plan approval for excavation and fill in a Res AA zone, PID #D11184000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
