Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westport Civilian Review Panel will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Auditorium of Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT for the following purpose(s):
- Review of Minutes from the January 19, 2023 meeting
- Public Commentary on Non-Agenda Items
It is anticipated the Civilian Review Panel will go into Executive Session for discussion
concerning the performance of a public officer(s) or employee(s) as follows:
- Review Civilian Police Complaint Incident file number IA 22-03, regarding Officer Rachel Hall datedOctober 26, 2022
- Review Civilian Fire Complaint Incident file number 22-12-03 regarding Assistant Chief Phil Hessberger dated December 3, 2022
Following Executive Session:
- Review of Resolutions from Executive Session
- Planning and Discussion
- Adjournment
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION WELCOME USING THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES: · Comment on non-agenda topics will occur during the first 15 minutes · Panel will not engage in dialogue on non-agenda items. · Public may speak as agenda topics come up for discussion or information. · Speakers on non-agenda items are limited to 2 minutes each · Speakers on agenda items are limited to 3 minutes each · Speakers must give name and address and use microphone. · Responses to questions may be deferred if answers not immediately available.
