LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 26, 2023, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. GRANTED: 18 Weston Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00160 submitted by Jason Burkhart, property owner, to permit non-exempt grading to level backyard, for a property in the Residence AA District, PID #D1308000.
2. GRANTED: 60 Clapboard Hill Road: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00278 submitted by R.I. Pools, Inc., for property owned by Tovah Haim and Ronak Shah, to permit additional fill outside of the excavation and fill exemption limit, for a property in the Residence AAA District, #PID H07043000.
