LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 27, 2023, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 

  1. GRANTED: 1595 Post Road East: Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00045 submitted by Delamar Westport LLC, property owner c/o Rick Redniss, agent, to modify Resolution PZ-22-00667 to increase both the number of hotel rooms and number of bedrooms and other minor building changs, for property in the General Business District and Residence A district, PID #H09120000.
  2. APRROVED: 0 Maple Avenue North: Subdivision Appl. #PZ-22-00806 submitted by Bryan Nesteriak, for a property owned by SIR Development, for a 2-lot subdivision of property, located in the Residence A zone, PID# H09201000.
  3. ADOPTED: Text Amendment #813: Appl. #PZ-22-00039 authored by P&Z Commission to remove references to a district’s “character” in the Zoning and Subdivision Regulation, pursuant to Public Act 21-29. A copy of the adopted text amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and the Westport Planning and Zoning Office and attached to this notice. Effective Date: 3/27/23
