1. GRANTED: 170 Riverside Avenue (Kings Highway Elementary School): Application #ZBA-23-00340 by Westport Board of Education, for property owned by Town of Westport, for variance of the Zoning Regulations: §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage) and §11-2.4.8A (For Accessory Structure greater than 300sf), to install a shade pavilion and prefabricated shed over Total Coverage, located in Residence A District, PID# C08032000.

2. GRANTED: 4 Wheeler Gate: Application #ZBA-23-00355 by Erion Cano, for property owned by Iris Isufi and Erion Cano, for variance of the Zoning Regulations: §13-6 (Building and Total Coverage), to modify variance #23-00013 and install an inground pool and a 1-story addition over Total Coverage, with existing rear deck and portion of driveway to be removed, located in Residence A District, PID# C08103000.
