1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the
December 13, 2022, Non-Union Supervisory Pension Board.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the retirement request of
Richard Kotchko, Purchasing Officer with the Finance Department, for February 1, 2023
with a 50% Joint Life & Survivor Annuity.
