NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 17, 2023, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- APPROVED: 259 Riverside Avenue (aka 251, 253, 257): Coastal Site Plan Appl. #PZ-23-00170 submitted by Phil Cerrone III, for property owned by CEG Riverside LLC, for two non-residential balconies, for a property in the General Business District, PID #C08056000.
