LEGAL NOTICE OF AGENDA
WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
DECEMBER 6, 2023
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 309 of Westport Town Hall.
The Commission will take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. Approval of the September 6, 2023 minutes.
2. Treasurers Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
a. Review of 2024 renewal season
5. New Business
a. Discussion by Dick Harris on PFA sampling in abutting watersheds and what that testing could provide the Commission regarding the Saugatuck River.
6. Old Business
7. Other Business
8. Next Steps
