LEGAL NOTICE OF AGENDA
WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
FEBRUARY 1, 2023
Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 309 of Westport Town Hall.
The Commission will take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. New Business
a. Discussion with Nikki Spiller of HarborWatch regarding potential partnership for water quality monitoring.
2. Approval of the December 7, 2022 minutes.
3. Police Report
4. Treasurers Report
5. Recreational Shellfish Report
6. Annual Meeting
a. Annual Report for the 2022 recreational season
b. Election of Officers
7. Old Business
a. Follow-up on the Gathering of Shellfish Commissions
b. Follow-up discussion on shell recycling
8. Next Steps
9. Other Business
