Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1. 20 Wilton Road: Appl. #12-049 by Coe Development LLC for property owned by NatHall 1220W LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a restaurant, bar and office use with joint parking, in GBD zone, PID #C09112000.
2. 605 Post Road East, (aka 623 Post Road East): Appl. #12-052 by Steven Keedle for property owned by Roseville Estates Inc., c/o Kowalsky Brothers, for a Site Plan approval for joint parking for a restaurant use in a RBD/A zone, PID #E09068000.
