Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold an electronic public meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 7:00 PM for the following purpose:

1. To approve minutes from the March 7, 2023, meeting.

2. To review and comment on the proposed signage at 180 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09/134/000) submitted by Mina Na, for property owned by JPM Westport, LLC. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

3. To review and comment on the proposed façade modifications at 27 Main Street (Parcel ID# C09/136/000) submitted by Christina Gordon, Frederick William Hoag Architect, for property owned by Pajis Assoc LLC & Winwest Main LLC, C/O Win Properties. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

4. To review and comment on the proposed signage at 101 Post Road East (Parcel ID# D09/142/000) submitted by Kevin Kane, Hung Well Signs, for property owned by WW 101-107 Post LC, C/O David Adam Realty Inc. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered in anticipation of further zoning review and approvals.

5. To adjourn the meeting.
