Board of Selectwomen Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. The meeting will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent to selectwoman@westportct.gov for distribution to the Board prior to the meeting. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s and Water Pollution Control Authority’s meetings of November 8, 2023.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Wakeman Town Farm Steering Committee, to approve an Agreement for Architectural Services between the Town of Westport and Philip H. Cerrone III, for architectural services for the renovation of the barn at the Wakeman Town Farm.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Cooperating Organization Memorandum of Understanding by and among the Town of Westport, Westport Rotary, Rotary Club Foundation, Compo Playground Select Committee and Play by Design, LLC as it relates to the renovations and enhancements to the Compo Beach Playground.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Software License and Related Professional Services Agreement between Woolpert, Inc. d/b/a Data Cloud Solutions, a Woolpert Company, and the Town of Westport regarding acquiring and implementing CAMACloud software for data collection for property revaluation and inspections.
6. Acting as the Local Traffic Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the installation of a crosswalk with associated MUTCD signage at the intersection of Hyde Lane at Maple Avenue North.
