Notice & Agenda
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectwomen, Traffic Authority, and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 9:00 AM in the Westport Town Hall Auditorium, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, Connecticut. It will be livestreamed on www.westportct.gov and broadcast on Westport’s Optimum Government Access Channel 79. Comments from the public regarding agenda items may be sent to selectwoman@westportct.gov prior to the meeting. Agenda to include but not be limited to the following items (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectwomen’s meeting of May 24, 2023.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Tax Collector and in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 12-129, to approve the refunds of overpayments of taxes, as presented.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Program Manager Services Agreement between the Town of Westport and Vinmas Corp. for services to be performed by Susan Chipouras for the Long Lots Elementary School Project.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the IT Director, to approve the Microsoft Enterprise Volume Licensing Agreement between the Town of Westport and Microsoft Corporation.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the IT Director, to approve the Warranty Agreement between the Town of Westport and CrowdStrike, Inc. as it relates to cybersecurity protection.
